		<description>Thanks CincySteph, I appreciate the advice and kind words. I'll take you up on your advice. It's usually pretty bearable even when it's hot outside, but I think when it reaches 95 degrees or so, I'll use the air sparingly like you suggested.</description>

		<description>I think it is alot to ask of yourself and your family. I think we all have to start small and work our way up. Having your house that hot is not good for your health either. Try to turn your air down as low as you can to just keep it from being unbearable.</description>
